For IT Professionals the ITPD platform offers daily updated IT Jobs Offers and IT Related News. It also stands as a high quality source of IT related contents and as a powerfull collaboration space. On the other hand for Business the ITPD platform provides excellent IT HR (additionally qualified by the ITPD Certification programme) and an open IT recrutation jobs board. The ITPD platform serves also data to the globally leading companies in all market sectors.

2. Who will benefit from using the ITPD platform?

5. How can I make the best use of the ITPD Platform?

In order to assure most effective usage of the ITPD Platform (whether you are IT Professional or Business Representative) you would want to become an active participant of the ITPD Community. The ITPD Platform incorporates special points system granted by administration upon ITPD Member qualifications verification (IT Professional and Businesses). Recognision of meeting set criteria will
result in points packages being granted to the ITPD Member making him more visible in the Platform. The points will be however automatically granted also to all ITPD Members active in building the ITPD Community and publishing content (whether IT or Business related).

7. How can I contact with other ITPD Members?

You can contact all of the ITPD Members by the ITPD Platform's Messaging System. The system operation is very easy - you can use it to send messages directly from other ITPD Members' profiles or by clicking on "My Messages" in user menu box. It is also possible to contant other ITPD Members by their personal e-mail contact forms, if they decided to allow for such communication. Sometimes ITPD Members also explicitily publish their e-mails (it is not prohibited by ITPD, however discouraged due to spam problems).

8. How to build your ITPD Membership Social Network?

The ITPD platform provides a wide assortment of tools to help you build your IT related professional social network. Basically two of most important functions are Buddy Lists and Invite Others tools. The first tool lets you add other ITPD Members as your friends (visible under Buddy List enabling presence and allowing for rich web communication).
The second tool allows you to transparently invite your friends by e-mail, automatically adding them to your social network (i.e. registering them as your friends). Iniviting
friends will also earn you significant ammount of points granted for your contribution into development of the ITPD platform.

9. Why should I start a blog on the ITPD Platform?

In todays world of IT a blog is a very powerful communication tool. A blog (abbreviation from weblog, i.e. a diary) mostly focuses on your professional or business activities. Writing a blog is all about posting messages that are called blog entries. Whether you are an IT Professional or Business Representative a blog lets you to become more personal and to present yourself better to the ITPD audience, simultanously enganging you into a streamlined communication with other ITPD Members. Beyond that posting a blog entry earns you significant ammount of points thus increasing your ITPD Platform outreach. If you are going to achieve your goals faster than others, writing a blog with a significant
audiance that ITPD Platform constitutes, is certainly the way to go.

10. How do I start a blog on the ITPD Platform?

The blog is started automatically for each ITPD Member. Simply click on "my blog" under "Blogs" in the user menu box. You will be able to post a blog entry in no time - it's very easy. The first post should be about yourself, then post information on your current activities which you would like to share with other ITPD Members (IT Professionals or Business ITPD Members). If you are already writing a blog it is a good idea to post the same blog entries on the ITPD
blog as well, as it will be audienced by other ITPD Members, probably earning many opportunities for yourself.

11. Is the ITPD Platform's blog system customized?

Not yet. Currently there is no option to graphically customize your ITPD blog. This feature will be available soon - however it is not really important now, as what counts to other ITPD Members is the posted blog content. The provision of graphic customization system will not change the already published content.
