On behalf of our Client, an international IT services organisation, we are looking for a Citrix Administrator.
The tasks & responsibilities of the Citrix Administrator include:
• Administration of Citrix applications/farms
• Preparation and Integration of new applications
• Monitoring Incident Management system for ticket progress (only CTS Tickets)
• Track and handle Citrix incident management queue
• Performing software Break / Fix activities
• Update knowledge base documentation
• Identify problem candidates for automation
Technical/Professional expertise:
• Apply Knowledge of Citrix XenApp 4.5 and 5
• Apply Knowledge of Citrix XenServer 5.5
• Apply Knowledge of Citrix XenDesktop
• Apply Knowledge of Citrix Provisioning Services
• Apply Knowledge of Citrix Secure Gateway
• Apply Knowledge of Citrix WebInterface 4.6, 5.2
• Apply Knowledge of Citrix DesktopBroker
• Apply Knowledge of Citrix Access Gateway
Languages:
• Intermediate German and English command is a must
