Key responsibilities:
• Maintaining the Active Directory Infrastructure
• Monitoring Incident Management system for ticket progress
• Track and handle Active Directory Services incident management queue
• Performing software Break / Fix activities
• Update knowledge base documentation
Key Skills:
• Good command in German and English is a must
• Working knowledge of MS Windows Standard and Enterprise Server 2003 / 2008
• Working knowledge of MS Active Directory Services for Windows Server 2000 / 2003 / 2008
• Apply Windows v7 Skills (esp. GPOs)
